The controller of your personal data is Lagoniko, LLC. ("Lagoniko", "we", "us", "our"), with its registered office in Athens, Greece, and offices in Athens and London. For any privacy matter you can reach us at support@lagoniko.ai.

This policy applies to buyers and investors, professional users (agents, agencies, and developers), and visitors to the Platform. It does not cover third-party websites or services that we link to, which have their own privacy policies.

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process the following categories of data:

• Usage data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring source, pages viewed, and patterns of use, collected automatically when you visit.
• Account data: name, email address, telephone number, and the credentials you use to register and sign in.
• Buyer and investor data: search criteria, saved properties, budget, requirements, and the content of enquiries and consultation requests you submit.
• Professional and verification data: business details, credentials, mandate confirmations, and identity information provided for agent verification.
• Listing and service data: property information, documents, and media submitted to publish or manage listings and developments.
• Golden Visa data: the information you enter into eligibility checks and tax estimate tools, such as investment intentions and indicative financial inputs.
• Communications data: messages, support requests, and records of your contact with us and with other Users through the Platform.
• Marketing data: your preferences for receiving updates and newsletters.

We do not seek to collect special categories of data. Please do not send us sensitive data unless it is necessary and requested.

We collect data in three ways. You provide some directly when you register, search, list a property, or contact us. We collect some automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Platform (see our Cookies Policy). We also receive some from third parties such as verification providers and partners, where permitted by law.

We use personal data only where the law allows. The main purposes and legal bases under Article 6 GDPR are:

When you use Ask Lagoniko, fair-value estimates, or the Golden Visa tools, we process the information you enter to generate a result. This processing is automated and is provided for information only. It does not produce a legal or financial decision about you, and its output should not be relied on without independent advice. We may use aggregated and de-identified data to improve the accuracy of our Tools.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the Platform:

• Professional users: when you contact an agent or submit an enquiry, the details needed to respond (such as your name and contact details) are shared with that professional user, who then acts as an independent controller of that data.
• Service providers (processors): hosting, analytics, communications, and verification providers who act on our instructions under contract.
• Partners: where you request a service that involves a partner, and only with the information needed for that service.
• Legal and authorities: where required by law, regulation, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Platform.
• Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation, subject to this policy.

Lagoniko operates from Athens and London, so your data may be processed in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data remains protected.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, measure performance, and, where you consent, personalise content. Full details, including how to manage your choices, are in our Cookies Policy.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide the service, and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed we delete it or anonymise it. Retention periods vary by data type and by the legal obligations that apply.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No system can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please tell us promptly at support@lagoniko.ai if you believe your account or data has been compromised.

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Request erasure of your data where there is no overriding reason to keep it.
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its effective date are always published on the Platform. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
